Founder & Executive Director
Moussa Cisse, MD, MPA, is a physician from Guinea in West Africa. After his medical studies, he worked with UNICEF/Guinea. Moussa moved to the United States in 2010 and currently works as the Manager of Substance Use Initiatives at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers. Moussa Cisse has a great admiration for education, leadership, and health promotion. His vision is to improve the health outcomes of populations in developing countries, especially in Guinea through leadership, partnership, and collaboration.
Alisa Raymond currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer for CHI. She also currently works as a Behavioral Health Homes (BHH) Children’s Health Care Manager at SequelCare of Maine. Additionally, she is the co-author of the “Mental Health Response to the Boston Bombing – A Three Year Review,” published by the International Journal of Mental Health (March 2017). Alisa is deeply passionate about helping others, particularly those who don’t have the resources to help themselves. Alisa would like to make a global impact.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Nafisah “Moni” Olusekun is CHI’s, Chief Financial Officer. She currently works as a Program Specialist for Maryland State Department of Education in the Nutrition Office. Moni has a history of working in the Nutrition field as well as the Cardiovascular Health. Moni has a strong interest in teaching the community on how to improve their health and wellness by means of nutrition.
Director of Event Services
Azeezat has experience in community, acute, assisted living, and nursing education. As head of event services for CHI, Inc Azeezat thrives in community engagement and health education.
Director of Project Management
Mary is a Healthcare Analyst at the New England Quality Care Alliance in Braintree, MA. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, and her Master of Healthcare Administration from Suffolk University. Mary grew up in Uganda where she experienced the effects of a poor health care system. She hopes for a better healthcare delivery for underserved African communities.
Director of Social media and Marketing
Djeneba, better known as Jolie is the social media coordinator for CHI. Jolie resides in Columbus, Ohio where she recently graduated from The Ohio state University. Currently, she works as a Technical Engineer for J.P. Morgan Chase. Jolie's role with CHI is to raise awareness and promote the values of the organization on various social media platforms. As a native Guinean she hopes to contribute to the overall improvement of healthcare in Guinea and other developing countries.
Ansoumane Conde is a physician residing in Guinea. He is responsible for consultations at the National Baptist Convention Center USA/Guinea. He also works as a medical doctor at the National Service of Occupational Health. Dr. Conde is currently the Project Coordinator of CHI in Guinea. He joined CHI to benefit from the experiences of other countries such as the USA in the management of noncommunicable diseases in order to reduce the rate of death related to these diseases in Guinea.
